Profiles are prefills which allow you to prefill frequently used information in the listing page. When used correctly, they allow you to create items extremely quickly. inkFrog offers many kinds of profiles which give each seller powerful, unique options for their specific listing style.
Master Profiles: Offer the ability to create prefills for everything that is on the listing page and can be used to attach sub profiles together (such as payment, shipping, return profiles). It's the master of all profiles. For example, you can have a master profile which you name "Free Ship - 7 day returns" and this profile will load a shipping profile that offers free shipping and your return profile that offers 7 day returns. Master profiles are only used to prefill when creating new listings for eBay.
Listing Profiles: Sub profiles that allow you to save your frequently used details like category, item specifics, listing format and price.
Shipping Profiles: Sub profiles that allow you to save your frequently used shipping details.
Return Profiles: Sub profiles that allow you to save your frequently used return's details.
Payment Profiles: Sub profiles that allow you to save your frequently used payment details.
When you are in the inkFrog listing page, a prefill button is located towards the top right of the screen. This button is used to prefill any or all of the profiles you want to load.
Bulk Revisions using Profiles
Any of the 4 types of sub profiles, when linked to your listings within inkFrog, may be edited in order to perform a bulk update to the listings linked to the profiles. For example, if you have a return profile change, edit the return profile in inkFrog, once saved, those revisions will automatically sync to all of your eBay listings that are linked to that particular profile.
inkFrog also offers the ability to bulk link profiles to your existing listings.
To bulk assign a profile to your eBay listings, in the library, make your listing selections and click the Bulk Actions button.
The Bulk Actions button will appear towards the top right of your screen once at least one listing is selected.
Choose Listing Actions, and then Assign profile.
In the popup, select the profile type, then profile name and choose Assign Profile to apply the profile to only those listings selected in the library, or select the link to apply to all xxx listings matching the current search.
If you've selected the link to apply to all xxx listings matching current search, ALL library listings including those not selected, will be edited to add the selected template.
