To view unsold eBay listings, visit eBay → Unsold.
This view includes the Title and End Date
There are a variety of ways to filter the view of the unsold listing using filters. Multiple filters may be used at the same time.
For example, if we wanted to see listings that use the eBay.com market with and ending price less than $50.00. We would set two filters, one for eBay market and another for ending price was less than $50.00
If this is a filter that we'll use often, we can opt to save the search and in doing so, you're provided with the option to name the search and save it as a quick tab at the top of the live page.
Should you ever need to delete a saved search tab, click the tab, then select the trash button to the right of the Save this search button.
Remove, Relist, & Edit
To the right of each listing you'll find a row of 3 buttons which include Remove, Relist, and Edit.
Remove: This button will remove the listing from the unsold area, however, the listing will be retained in the library
Relist: Select this option to relist to eBay
Edit: Selecting edit will open the listing information in the edit listing page to make changes prior to relisting
Pagination, Refresh, & Bulk Actions
Towards the top right of the screen, you'll notice pagination arrows, a refresh button, and if you've selected the check box for one or more listings, a bulk actions button. The bulk actions button breaks down into a sub-menu with a large variety of options.
Arrows: These are pagination arrows, use them to move between the pages of live listings. The default view is 50 listing per page, but a filter may be set for page size so that it shows up to 250 listings per page
Refresh: The refresh button will update the view of the live listings and import any new live listings from eBay
Bulk Actions: Relist Selected (lists as relisted eBay listings, List Selected (lists as new eBay listings), Remove Selected (removes selected listings from the unsold view)
Edit Listings: This sub-menu includes a variety of options to bulk edit the unsold listings. A full description of each bulk edit option is located within our Bulk Actions guide.
