Refunding an eBay order should begin in eBay's Resolution Center. This ensures that your customer refund is processed correctly and that your customer receives their money back or exchange.
If you're syncing your orders with a store connection, once the refund is completed on eBay, the eBay order within inkFrog is adjusted.
If you're using a Shopify or Bigcommerce store, the order is deleted automatically by inkFrog in either platform. Should you need to retain the order in your store, a workaround for this would be to un-link the order in inkFrog from your store, and then process the refund on eBay.
If you're syncing orders with Amazon for FBA, there is no action taken from inkFrog to Amazon regarding the refund and any updates necessary at Amazon would have to be manually performed.
