Log into inkFrog and navigate to settings → eBay accounts.

Click the settings button (it looks like a gear wheel) to access the settings for the account whose feedback you'd like inkFrog to manage.

Find Enable Automatic Customer Feedback in list of settings, then enable the setting by turning in to the ON position.

Next, add the feedback comments, defaults are provided.

When you're done, select save to save your updated settings and feedback comments.

Once you've saved your updated settings, inkFrog will automatically handle feedback for you.

When shoppers pay for an item, inkFrog will respond with positive feedback for them, rotating your comments from the five that you've entered.
