How to Bulk Edit your Return Policy using inkFrog

If you already have return profiles linked to your eBay listings within inkFrog, simply revise your return profile by navigating to Profiles → Return Profiles and edit any profile(s) you've previously saved to comply with eBay's changes.

If you are not yet using return profiles, this is the perfect opportunity start.  Using profiles will make the updates quick and painless!

Navigate to Profiles → Return Profiles and choose to create a new Return profile.  Make your selections and save the profile, giving it a unique name to easily identify it to yourself should you choose to create multiple return profiles for various types of products.

Next, navigate to the Library and select the listings you would like to have use the new return profile you've created.  Select the Bulk Actions button at the top right of the screen, then choose Choose Listing Actions, and then Assign profile

In the popup, select the profile type, then profile name and choose Assign Profile to apply the profile to only those listings selected in the library, or select the link to apply to all xxx listings matching the current search.

That's all there is to it!  The listings you've assigned the new return profile to will automatically be updated from inkFrog to eBay.
