RESOLVED: 09/22/2017 Order Sync Delay

Resolved - The issue has been resolved.

 

Monitoring - The issue has been addressed and we're currently making sure everything is back to normal.

 

Issue - We were made aware of a recurring instance of order sync delay from inkFrog to stores.  Our developers are investigating.  We realize how important order sync is and are working to correct the issue as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.

As a temporary workaround you're able to perform a force sync by setting a filter in Sold for not linked to store, then select the check boxes for the orders you want to sync, next click the bulk actions button and choose force sync, then inkFrog to Store and in the popup select to create the order and sync inventory.
